Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview In this role you lead the PMC Engineering group across Engineering and Procurement phases for mega Oil u0026amp; Gas or Petrochemical projects, ensuring competent, resourced teams and robust engineering governance. You provide independent technical opinion to mitigate risks and keep project progress on track. You’ll coordinate multi-disciplinary interfaces, support design reviews, and uphold safety and environmental standards. This is a values-driven, cross-cultural role focused on delivering sustainable, low-carbon energy infrastructure.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Oversee day-to-day management and supervision of the PMC Engineering group and contractor oversight during Engineering and Procurement phases
- Ensure engineering staff are competent for the scope of work per the PMC contract
- Lead development and implementation of engineering processes, procedures and systems
- Resource the Engineering group with required disciplines and size to meet contract needs
- Provide independent technical opinion to address shortfalls, recovery plans, and risk mitigation during Engineering and Procurement
- Participate in design reviews considering constructability, operability, environmental, safety, and materials selection
- Coordinate technical review and processing of vendor documents for approvals
- Manage interface between projects and piping, mechanical, structural,
and Eu0026I disciplines
- Engage in key customer reviews and meetings as required
- Conduct succession planning, competence and performance assessments, and develop personnel
- Promote adherence to procedures for efficiency and right-first-time delivery
- Provide development opportunities for personnel and demonstrate safety leadership on site
- Coordinate PMT and Contractor governance across project stages to ensure safety, cost, and schedule alignment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and controls
- Navigate multi-cultural environments and resolve conflicts within a large technical workforce
- Conduct technical bid evaluations, clarifications, and recommendations
- Incorporate field-requested changes to engineering deliverables when applicable
- Ensure offshore and upstream project experience is leveraged in delivery
- Maintain reference to ADNOC project expectations and requirements
Responsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- 15+ years of relevant Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical experience
- At least 5 years in a similar leadership role on mega projects
- Experience in FEED and EPC projects
- PMC experience
- Offshore u0026 Upstream project experience
- Previous offshore project work experience
- ADNOC project experience
