As OT Cybersecurity Lead, you guide security across grid and power quality projects in Europe, ensuring compliance with Hitachi Energy and customer security standards. You assess risks during tender and project initiation, define mitigation plans, and act as the primary security interface for customers. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deploy secure automation and drive IEC 62443 initiatives. You shape cybersecurity culture and support audits, certifications, and supplier compliance.

Responsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline or Computer Science
- Minimum 6 years IT/OT experience with at least 3 years in OT cybersecurity (or 5+ years as OT cybersecurity architect/implementer)
- Strong experience with industrial control systems and OT environments
- Advanced OT networking and secure architecture design knowledge
- Solid understanding of IEC 62443, NERC‑CIP, BDEW, and NIST
- Experience with Nessus, CIS‑CAT, and Nmap tooling
- Proven ability to communicate with customers across countries and cultures
- Experience mentoring engineers and fostering cybersecurity culture
