Are you an executive leader at the intersection of commercial strategy , ultra-luxury hospitality and premium food retail or concessions ?

We are looking for a talented, dynamic and ambitious Senior Vice President – Europe to lead regional expansion, commercial performance, and operational excellence across key European markets.

The Role & Focus:

- Full P&L; Responsibility: Driving regional commercial growth, profitability, and strategic scaling across Europe.
- Strategic Partnerships: Nurturing high-level B2B & key partnership relationships with commercial partners, asset owners,



and international institutions.
- Guest Experience & Operational Excellence: Leading multi-site operations, high-touch luxury venues, and premium guest touchpoints to world-class standards.

Adecuado Profile:

- Executive background in Multi-Site Luxury Hospitality , Travel Experience / Premium Food retail or Concessions .
- Proven track record in regional P&L; leadership, high-stakes negotiations, and scaling commercial portfolios across European territories.
- Strategic vision combined with hands‑on leadership in high-volume, high-touch guest environments.
