Celebrity Cruises seeks an experienced Chef Tournant to lead and develop a diverse kitchen team aboard our ship. You will supervise, coach, and evaluate staff, ensure recipes and culinary terms are followed, and maintain quality and consistency.
You will coordinate sections, manage production, monitor HACCP compliance, and prepare daily requisitions. A minimum of 5 years in upscale service and 2 years as Chef Tournant is required, with strong leadership and guest-service focus.
