Silversea is seeking a Pastry Chef to lead the shipboard pastry and bakery operations at Tarragona, Spain. You will manage the pastry station for all meals, events, and crew mess, delivering high-quality products and exquisite showpieces.
You will oversee menu planning, safety, and sanitation, while training the pastry team to uphold five-star hospitality standards and cost control. STCW95 certification and several years of leadership in international luxury hospitality are required.
