You bridge sales, technical, legal, and delivery functions to coordinate onboarding projects, ensuring timelines, standards, and client expectations are met. You'll optimize processes and provide post-onboarding support to maintain satisfaction. - Lead and coordinate client onboarding projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with sales, technical architects, legal, and delivery teams to prepare solutions and review documentation

Responsabilidades

- 3+ years of experience in project or program management
- Experience in managed security services or cybersecurity preferred
- Knowledge of security technologies (firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, threat detection)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies
- Certifications such as Prince II, PMP, or ITIL are a plus
- Problem-solving, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
