Role
HR Project Manager (VIE) to support Air Liquide IT SA's Human Resources department. This role contributes to various HR projects, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives within a general IT environment.
How you will contribute and grow
Responsibilities and opportunities include supporting HR projects across talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, and HR digital transformation; collecting and analyzing HR data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to HR leadership; developing and implementing new HR policies, procedures, and tools; collaborating with stakeholders across departments and regions to ensure successful project delivery; preparing presentations, documentation, and communication materials for HR initiatives; participating in HR process optimization and identifying areas for improvement with solutions; maintaining and updating HR information systems and databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity; providing administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of HR projects, including talent acquisition,
learning & development, performance management, and HR digital transformation.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to HR leadership.
- Support the development and implementation of new HR policies, procedures, and tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments and regions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare presentations, documentation, and communication materials for HR initiatives.
- Participate in HR process optimization efforts, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
- Maintain and update HR information systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Prior internship or professional experience in HR or project management is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a strong asset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
