Descripción del trabajo About the RoleThe Transaction Specialist is responsible for processing, reviewing, and reconciling financial transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. This role supports day-to-day accounting operations, including transaction posting, documentation, and reporting, while collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve process efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and record financial transactions accurately and timely in the accounting systemReview transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls and accounting policiesReconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve transaction-related issuesMaintain proper documentation and audit trails for all transactionsSupport month-end and year-end close activities related to transaction processingAssist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries,



and general ledger activities as assignedCoordinate with internal departments and external parties to clarify transaction detailsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and automation within transaction workflowsEnsure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of experience in accounting, transaction processing, or a related roleStrong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial transactionsProficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (Net Suite desirable)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar toolsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsEnglish, Spanish, and Norwegian, Swedish, or Dutch language skills are requiredAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesIntegrity and commitment to accuracy and confidentialityTeam-oriented with the ability to work independently
