Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview In this role you will manage and grow Lightspeed’s accounts in Spain, focusing on Dutch-speaking clients. You’ll drive adoption of Lightspeed’s payments and software solutions and build long-term partnerships to maximize client success. You will identify opportunities for upsells and expansions while guiding customers to tailored, high-value solutions. This is a customer-success and revenue-growth role that combines relationship management with data-driven strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Drive adoption of Lightspeed Payments and software solutions across POS products, modules, and integrations.
- Serve as primary contact, fostering trusted, long-term client relationships and proactively supporting success.
- Guide account growth and upgrades to advanced solutions aligned with evolving business needs.
- Create revenue opportunities through upsells, cross-sells, and expansions.
- Deliver product demos and support adoption to maximize tool usage.
- Monitor account performance metrics (MRR, NRR, health, engagement).
- Manage churn and satisfaction, resolve issues, strengthen relationships.




- Negotiate and close agreements, achieving renewal, retention, and growth targets.
- Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives to boost MRR

Responsabilidades

- Fluent in Dutch (or Flemish)
- Proven success in quota-carrying SaaS or technology roles with revenue growth and retention
- Skilled at identifying client challenges and delivering long-term value through account management
- Ability to build trust with executive stakeholders and sustain partnerships
- Understands complex business models and makes data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes
- Proficient in Salesforce and sales tools for forecasting and pipeline management
- Strong communicator who can influence cross-functional teams and secure beneficial agreements
- Ability to handle multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
