Temporary Female Chief Stewardess | 50m+ Charter Sailing Yacht

PMR Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Temporary Female Chief Stewardess to join a 50m+ British-flagged charter sailing yacht following an extensive refit.

Position Details

- Position: Temporary Female Chief Stewardess
- Yacht: 50m+ Sailing Yacht
- Programme: Charter
- Flag: British
- Start Date: 3rd August
- Contract: Temporary (6–8 weeks)
- Crew: 9 (8 crew for the first charter)
- Guests: 4 confirmed, with the potential to increase to 10
- Salary: Approximately €6,000 per month

The Role

The successful candidate will lead the interior department, ensuring exceptional standards of service, housekeeping, and guest experience throughout the charter season.



You will play a key role in preparing the yacht for her relaunch and maintaining the highest levels of presentation and professionalism during charter operations.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Chief Stewardess on a similar-sized yacht.
- Strong charter experience is essential.
- Previous sailing yacht experience is preferred.
- Available to join on 3rd August .

Due to the current cabin arrangements onboard, this position is open to female candidates only , in line with the vessel’s accommodation configuration.
