Royal Caribbean Group seeks an experienced Shipboard Bakery Supervisor to oversee daily production, quality and presentation of bread across buffet outlets. You will coach and supervise bakery staff, forecast production, control waste and maintain USPH compliance.
You're responsible for inventory flow from stores to bakery, proper uniforming and Time and Attendance adherence, and for mentoring team members to meet the high standards of onboard service and guest satisfaction.
