Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g. Routers, Switches, VPN);
- Perform network maintenance, system upgrades and security configurations on-site and at remote locations/data centers;
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness,



approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure;
- Follow projects internal flows and systems to support project delivery;
- Interface and point of reference for the customer’s technical and engineering staff inquiries and follow-up

Experience/Qualifications:

- Desired Certification: HCIP in Datacom, Routing & Switching, or SD-WAN.
- Spanish fluency
- Deep understanding of CloudEngine switches, NetEngine routers, and AirEngine WLAN.
- Hands-on experience with iMaster NCE-Campus network management and controller platforms.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs).
- Experience in SD-WAN architecture, campus network automation, and network security policies.
