Vistra is recruiting an Accounting Team Lead to manage a client portfolio and coordinate team operations. The role can be remote across Spain or hybrid from our Barcelona or Madrid offices, reporting to the Accounting and Tax Compliance Manager.
The adecuado candidate has 3–5 years of senior payroll/accounting experience, with a degree in ADE/Economics or related field, strong English, and Spanish language skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a team are essential.
