We're seeking a Security Engineer - IAM to drive identity security, authentication, privileged access and access governance across the organisation. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on Zero Trust principles and enterprise IAM controls.

What you'll do

- Manage and improve Entra ID and identity security controls.
- Drive Conditional Access, MFA and authentication initiatives.
- Support PAM and privileged access governance activities.
- Improve access governance, RBAC and certification processes.
- Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Workplace and HR teams.
- Support Zero Trust and identity transformation initiatives.

What you'll bring

- 5+ years in IAM, Security Engineering or Security Architecture.
- Experience with Entra ID and modern authentication.
- Strong understanding of MFA, Conditional Access and access governance.
- Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect and SCIM.
- Experience implementing and governing identity security controls.

Bonus Points

- PowerShell, Graph API or IAM automation experience.
- Experience within regulated environments
