Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview In this role you will join the Finance Team in Spain to ensure compliance with global processes and accurate reflection of business transactions across G+D entities. You will manage global order intake registration and lead project accounting in SAP, including revenue and cost recognition and project closure. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain data accuracy and support month-end close. This is a dynamic, international environment where you help drive efficient processes and timely project delivery. Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Order intake management and registration for the Sales team; ensure documentation and legal requirements are met and resolve unregistered orders
- Create, configure and maintain customer projects and service contracts in SAP; monitor lifecycles
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure smooth project execution and data accuracy
- Lead revenue and cost recognition for projects after Final Acceptance




- Support local teams during month-end closing and monitor resource-related billing
- Contribute to system migrations and rollout of new processes/tools
- Maintain Excel-based reports and ad hoc tasks as needed
- Ensure timely project closure and final acceptance in SAP

Responsabilidades

- University degree in business administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of professional finance experience in a multinational company
- Knowledge of SAP and CPQ is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Organized and detail-oriented with a structured working approach
- Effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure environments
- Strong sense of ownership and team player attitude
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Additional languages valued
