Overview

In this role, you will design and evolve data solutions and pipelines on Azure-based platforms, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable analytics‑ready systems. You’ll build optimized data models and monitor performance, driving data quality and operational efficiency. The position sits in the Data & AI team, contributing to a data‑driven culture and leveraging cutting‑edge cloud technologies. This is a hands‑on role with clear impact on analytics capability and decision support across the organization.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Design and develop scalable data solutions based on business requirements
- Build robust data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Fabric, and related Azure tools
- Create and optimize data models to support advanced analytics and BI
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in pipelines and databases
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of data pipelines




- Provide technical guidance to teammates on data solutions in Azure
- Stay updated on data engineering trends and Azure ecosystem through training and certifications
- Promote best practices in data management to support data‑driven decision‑making

Responsabilidades

- 2–4 years of Data Engineering experience
- Strong background in Big Data and AI with ability to understand business needs
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics for data ingestion, transformation, and loading
- Proven track record in designing scalable, high‑performance data architectures
- Programming skills in SQL, Python, PySpark
- Excellent problem‑solving and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional, fast‑paced environments
- Fabric or Databricks certifications are a plus
