Celia B is a Spanish contemporary/resort wear brand known for its colorful, artisanal aesthetic and international wholesale presence. As we continue to grow across our key markets, we're looking for a proactive, commercially driven Wholesale Manager to join our team and help us close business and keep our wholesale operation running smoothly.

Job Description

The Wholesale Coordinator will play a hands‑on, hunter‑oriented role within the commercial department, combining direct sales to key accounts, coordination of our network of agents and showrooms, and full ownership of the order process from capture through to production launch. This is a role for someone who loves selling, is comfortable picking up the phone or walking into a showroom appointment, and also brings the organization and analytical rigor needed to keep orders, reporting, and account data accurate and on track.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively sell current and upcoming collections to key accounts, both existing and newly prospected, with a genuine drive to close business.
- Identify and approach new wholesale prospects, generating interest and securing appointments for seasonal collections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to grow the business with each of them.
- Represent the brand at trade shows and sales appointments, presenting the collection and closing orders on the spot where appropriate.

Showroom & Agent Coordination:

- Coordinate day‑to‑day with our network of showrooms and commercial agents across markets, ensuring alignment on collection, pricing, and account priorities.
- Drive showrooms and agents to deliver the results and targets set by management, following up closely on performance and addressing any deviations early.

- Support agents with sales materials, product knowledge, and follow‑up on pending opportunities.
- Track seasonal objectives with agents and showrooms and follow up on performance versus targets.
- Deliver training sessions to agent and showroom teams on product, collection updates, and brand positioning to strengthen their sell‑in and sell‑out performance.

Order Management — Capture to Production:

- Own the order process end‑to‑end from the moment it is captured (trade show, appointment, or B2B) through validation and confirmation, up to its launch into production, ensuring accuracy and completeness at every step.
- Coordinate with the relevant internal teams (Customer Experience, Finance, Supply Chain) to resolve any blockers — commercial, financial, or logistical — that could delay an order's entry into production.
- Keep clients and agents informed on order status, confirmed quantities, and estimated delivery dates.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of every order and account in the ERP/B2B system.

Commercial Planning & Budget:

- Participate in the preparation of the seasonal commercial budget for assigned markets, providing input based on account‑level and agent‑level performance and pipeline.
- Identify country‑and market‑specific needs (product, pricing, service, or operational) and translate them constructively to the relevant internal departments (design, supply chain, finance)

to support better decision‑making.

Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepare regular reporting on sales performance, order status, and key account activity.
- Analyze sell‑in and sell‑through data to spot opportunities and flag risks early to Management.
- Gather market and competitor intelligence relevant to assigned accounts and markets.
- Work closely with the design and marketing teams to relay client and market feedback.
- Support the preparation of sales materials — lookbooks, line sheets, and product presentations.

Candidate Profile

- 3-4 years of experience in a commercial department, ideally with direct sales exposure; experience in fashion is a strong plus but not required.
- Genuine hunter spirit : proactive, commercially driven, and energized by prospecting and closing new business.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — comfortable owning an order from first contact through to production.
- Solid analytical skills: comfortable working with sales and performance data to inform decisions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both externally and internally.
- English as a second language is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Joor or other wholesale/B2B platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently while coordinating closely with agents, showrooms, and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel for trade shows and key account visits.

Terms

- Work from our Madrid office.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing integral fashion brand and take real ownership of accounts and orders from the very first contact to production. If you're a natural hunter with a sharp eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you!
