The Opportunity

Support the Processes Transformationteam in driving process improvement, digitalization initiatives and system deployments across Product Development andCross-operations functions. The role will contribute to data-driven decision making, process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic international environment.You will be reporting directly to the Operations Processes Transformation Director.

What you'll get to do

- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate operational processes using digital tools and AI solutions.
- Analyseoperational data and KPIs, transforming insights into actionable recommendations for management and project teams.
- Explore AI-based solutions to improve operational efficiency, decision-making and user experience.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities and validation of new functionalities within operational systems.





We'd love to meet you if you have

Education: Degree inBusiness Administration / Engineering(Recently graduated).

Languages :Spanish, English and French would be a plus.

- Good technical capabilities (at ease with new systems, data, KPIs).
- Good communicationskillswithability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
- Methodical and orderly person, with analytical capacityand strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
- Project Management:Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious mindset with strong willingness to learn new technologies, systems and business processes.

Specific Knowledge required:

- Good Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with data management.
- Basic knowledge of SAPTools and Power BIwouldbe valuable.
- Any experience/knowledge with a technical system/software.
- Interest in AI tools and digital technologies.
