We are looking for a bridge-builder and a storyteller! Your main mission will be to foster collaboration across our IT core audience and the extended ecosystem of digital teams. You will drive engagement, content creation, and adoption through our Collaboration Portal and Community, while playing a key role in executing our global IT Communications Strategy.

You will join the Fail Fast team, a multidisciplinary digital studio with over 90 talented professionals who enhance products, services, and brands through design and communication. You’ll have access to a personal growth program based on Power-Up sessions and mentoring, co-creation spaces, and opportunities to train and certify yourself in multiple specializations.

Key Responsibilities

- Editorial Management : Lead and contribute to the Collaboration Portal’s editorial calendar, ensuring a steady pipeline of engaging content while coaching and supporting internal teams in publishing their own updates.
- Portal Maintenance: Keep the Collaboration Portal’s core pages (home, news, resources, and tools) dynamic, relevant, and continuously up to date.
- Drive Adoption : Propose and launch creative campaigns to promote the Collaboration Portal, positioning it as the ultimate central hub for teamwork.
- Campaigns & Events : Support communication initiatives, town halls, events, and community activities that align with the broader IT Communication Strategy.
- Data-Driven Improvement : Leverage analytics and user feedback to measure engagement and continuously optimize content effectiveness.

Skills and Profile

- Experience :



2–3 years of proven experience in corporate communications, content management, community building, or digital engagement.
- Tech Translation : The ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging, and accessible content. (Prior tech knowledge is a big plus!)
- Stakeholder Management : Strong collaboration skills and the confidence to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Work Style : Highly autonomous, creative, and detail-oriented.

Core Competencies

- Communication Mastery : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Multimedia Content Creation : Strong ability to produce diverse formats, including articles, news, visuals, and infographics (Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva).
- Design & Video : Hands‑on experience with design software, alongside basic video recording and editing skills.
- Tech Stack : Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Viva Engage) and modern digital collaboration tools.
