Jr-Mid Level Publisher Account Manager (Russian Speaker)

In this role, the successful candidate will bridge the gap between relationship management and active business development, taking ownership of a valuable publisher portfolio while aggressively hunting for new growth opportunities. This is a fast-paced position designed for someone who is data-savvy, enjoys international travel, and thrives in a dynamic digital ecosystem.

WITH US, YOU WILL . . .

- Manage and build long-term relationships with an existing portfolio of medium- to large-sized publishers.
- Scale portfolio revenues and volumes through strategic growth initiatives and proactive account management.
- Optimize advertising placements and website layouts , providing expert advice to publishers on how to maximize their earnings.
- Conduct active business development to identify, pitch, and onboard new high-value publishers.
- Stay on top of industry trends while providing continuous, in-depth website and data analysis.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial and data reports to track performance and identify growth trends.
- Attend international trade shows to network, represent the brand,



and secure new business partnerships worldwide.
