What we expect
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and dynamic consultant to strengthen our team:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in management consulting and/or in the banking sector in the area of finance.
- Specific experience in the following areas will be valued:
- IRRBB in banking, with solid knowledge of behavioural modelling and related regulatory requirements.
- Capital management and planning with extensive knowledge of regulations, CRR3, with experience in regulatory exercises: ICAAP, EBA Stress Test.
- Strategic planning: desirable experience in strategic KPI optimisation, balance sheet modelling, income statement and solvency metrics, efficiency management, pricing, customer lifetime value and profitability analysis.
- Quantitative background with strong analytical skills and an interest in quantitative topics.
- Proficiency in Excel; R, Python, and knowledge of their uses in the workplace will be valued. Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning tools is also desirable.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work independently and quickly familiarise yourself with new topics.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (including the ability to write professional reports). Other languages will be valued.
- Willingness to travel.
