TheFork, part of the Tripadvisor Group, is seeking a Top Chef Customer Success Manager in Spain. You will manage a portfolio of Michelin-starred and premium restaurants, building trusted relationships with owners and decision makers while driving adoption of TheFork products to maximize customer success.
You will identify growth opportunities, reduce churn, and coordinate with Product, Support, Operations, and Sales teams to resolve complex issues.
