Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview In this role, you set up data generation and personalization configurations for physical and virtual profiles, supporting product delivery in a general security tech company. You work within the Service Delivery & Operations team to translate customer specifications into deployable configurations and validate them in production environments. The position involves collaborating with DataGen & D to ensure production-ready software releases and compliant processes. You'll contribute to the rollout of new products and help troubleshoot data-generation issues, shaping reliable customer solutions.

- Develop and test configuration for new product per customer specifications
- Prepare and provide production-ready product configurations
- Test configurations and transfer them to production under compliant conditions
- Support level 1 data generation engineers during incidents and troubleshooting




- Coordinate tasks with DataGen Engineer to set up real production environments
- Maintain awareness of product specifications and updates with Ru0026D and Customer Project Managers
- Update and improve work instructions and ensure timely receipt of specifications

Responsabilidades

- Basic knowledge of LAN
- Basic knowledge of database systems (MS SQL Server)
- Basic understanding of software development processes
- Ability to work under pressure

- Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English
