The Opportunity: Build a Brand From 0 to 1

We aren’t looking for someone to do the boring stuff. As our Social Lead & On-Camera Content Creator, you will be the face, voice and visual architect of SetterFlo.

This is a high-autonomy role designed for an ambitious, digital-native creator who wants total creative ownership, high-visibility perks, and a direct launchpad into a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) trajectory as we scale revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Be the On-Camera Face of SetterFlo: Script, film, and star in engaging short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Own the Social Strategy: Plan and execute content calendars, manage posting schedules, and build a consistent, high-energy brand voice.
- Bridge Product & Content: Collaborate with our product and growth teams to showcase new AI features, breakdown sales scripts and educate our target audience (coaches, agencies, creators).
- Repurpose & Optimise: Turn long-form material and founder insights into high-performing, bite-sized social clips.
- Drive Community & Growth: Interact with our audience in the comments/DMs, analyse performance metrics, and experiment with new formats to generate leads.
- Event Representation: Represent SetterFlo on-site at major ecosystem events, including managing video content at South Summit with dedicated stand access.

Qualifications





- Camera-Confident Storyteller: Proven experience appearing on-camera and creating engaging short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts). Whether that be for your personal brand or another's!
- Social Strategy & Planning: Strong grasp of content calendars, platform algorithms, editorial planning, and audience growth tactics.
- Content Production: Skilled in video scripting, storytelling, and basic video editing (cutting clips, captions, simple effects via CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Trend & Market Intelligence: Ability to research trends across AI, sales automation, and the creator/coaching economy, turning complex tech into clear, entertaining content.
- Growth Mindset: Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (brand positioning, funnel awareness, and performance metrics).
- Communication & Location: Native or fluent written and verbal English (Spanish proficiency is a plus). Must be based in Madrid with availability to film on-site.
- Startup Energy: High ownership, adaptability, and a hunger to build something massive from scratch.
