Descripción del trabajo Madrid-Based D365 Finance Consultant (Bilingual - Spanish and English) – Hybrid Role

If you’ve implemented Dynamics 365 Finance more than once and know what really happens during UAT… this might be for you.

We’re looking for a Bilingual (Spanish + English) D365 Finance Consultant based in Madrid who can commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week (full-time preferred) and attend on-site UAT sessions twice per month. This is not a “support-only” role. We need someone who understands finance processes deeply and can confidently guide stakeholders from design to go-live.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Leading and supporting D365 Finance implementations
- Running workshops and translating real business requirements into system design
- Configuring GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, and reporting




- Managing and supporting UAT onsite in Madrid
- Assisting with go-live and post-implementation stabilization

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial operations
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Comfortable working hybrid (remote + onsite twice monthly)
- Proactive communicator who can handle client‑facing conversations
