Join our team! We are looking for a dedicated leader to serve as Manager for our charming shop. You will be responsible for store operations, logistics and team management – and your smile is our best calling card.

What you can expect

- Independently managing of our shop (order processing, till operations, stock-taking)
- You will lead and inspire a team of six staff members and create a positive working environment
- Preparing and organising the shop, including our popular bread roll service
- Ensuring staff comply with HACCP regulations and observe current safety measures.
- Clearly defined working hours, 5-day week (40 hours/week)




- Work in a highly motivated and successful team

What you bring along

- A warm and hospitable personality
- Solid professional experience in retail, ideally already in a middle management role
- Organisational skills with leadership ability
- Resilient, committed and with a keen eye for detail
- Negotiation skills and good communication skills
- Language skills: German, Spanish, English (other languages an advantage)
