What You Will Be Doing

- Prepare and post monthly journal entries accurately and on time.
- Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and support financial closing ordinate and collaborate with Shared Services teams on accounting processes.
- Review and oversee the monthly intercompany settlement process.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, and financial legislation.
- Support internal and external audit activities and provide required documentation.
- Assist management with ad‑hoc financial analysis and accounting‑related projects.





What We’re Looking For

- A proven track record in accounting and financial reporting, including account reconciliations and tax compliance (VAT, withholding taxes).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Excellent skills in SAP S/4 HANA (FI & MM modules) and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis).
- Strong competencies in financial analysis and problem‑solving, with a collaborative approach across Shared Services and cross‑functional teams.
- Familiarity with GAAP and IFRS accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent command of English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
