Job Responsibilities

- Elaboration of answers based on reference documents.
- External distribution of information upon request previously validated by the client.
- Elaboration of bibliographic dossier.
- Updating of internal sites and follow up reports.
- Contribute by providing the most up-to-date and truthful scientific evidence to the internal/franchise strategy.
- Traceability, reporting, follow up and closure of external/internal bibliographic requests in the internal database (OneMed).
- Support the development, adaptation, localization and periodic update of standard response documents, frequently asked questions, scientific summaries and response templates.




- Perform quality checks of medical information responses and deliverables to ensure scientific consistency, appropriate referencing, balanced content, correct formatting and compliance with internal requirements.
- Generate periodic reports and metrics on medical information activity, including volume and type of requests, therapeutic areas, response times, trends, recurring questions, pending actions and areas for improvement.
- Analyze medical information requests to identify trends, knowledge gaps, frequently requested topics, unmet information needs and potential insights relevant to Medical Affairs strategy.
- Explore, assess and support the implementation of approved artificial intelligence tools to improve efficiency and quality in medical information activities, including literature screening, critical appraisal, evidence synthesis, query classification, drafting support and knowledge management.
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to leverage AI tools and capabilities to improve work processes, efficiency, and overall business outcomes.
