This job is a high-stakes position for which you will be both actively contributing to the growth of the company, and spreading our Wellness culture to our clients and our team.

We have 14 sites in Paris - Brussels and Madrid: you will be at the heart of the concept in Madrid !

You will therefore need a curious, dynamic and adaptable mindset as well as a real taste for customer contact in order to make us known and to be the ambassador of Wellness on this new Spanish market.

The main missions?

Your main objective will be to maintain the Wellness culture at the heart of the Comet experience, notably through the facilitation of rejuvenating wellness sessions, designed for our clients to make the most of their working day with us.

In detail?

On a daily basis, your mission as Wellness Officer will be:

- to teach the Discovery of Wellness sessions (15 min) we offer to our clients to help them keep their day on track in a relaxed and efficient manner
- to promote and facilitate customized sessions (15-60 min) on a more specific theme (e.g. concentration, creativity, prevention of musculoskeletal disorders, stress management, smart nutrition, optimization of cognitive resources at work): a healthy mix of facts (theory), movement, bearyhing and attention techniques, and tips for the everyday life.
- to work hand-in-hand with our ace operations team to make our clients’ day truly flawless




- to collaborate with the Comet teams to develop the Wellness pole and enrich customer experience
- to be an ambassador of Wellness to customers and employees: Wellness starts with you!

In a nutshell: you will be at the heart of the reactor and will actively participate in the development of our shuttle!

You are the right person for us if:

- you are bi(+)lingual English-Spanish, and you are not afraid to speak in public (in front of 3 to 100+ participants).
- French is a “plus” !
- you are a yoga teacher or you master other relaxation/somatic movement techniques
- you have at least 2 years of experience in group classes, in a studio and/or in a company
- you are able to lead movement and meditation workshops adapted to the corporate world (standing or in a chair, in professional clothing)
- you know how to adapt your expertise and your speech to a public of beginners, in order to relax or energize them and help them reach their meeting objectives
- you have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to address all types of audiences/corporate levels
- you have a true entrepreneurial mindset: autonomous, dynamic, proactive and keen to develop skills in a fast growing structure
- You are available full time from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm
- You are friendly, outgoing and professional
