We’re looking for a Finance Analyst with strong M&A; and investment management experience to join our growing renewable energy platform supporting wind, solar, and storage assets across the UK & Europe.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on acquisitions, portfolio management, and investment decision-making within a fast-growing clean energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support M&A; transactions , including due diligence, valuations, and execution.

- Assist with investment portfolio management and monitoring of UK & Europe assets.

- Prepare materials for investment committees and support strategic decision-making.

- Conduct financial analysis, modelling, and valuation of assets.

- Support acquisitions, disposals, refinancing,



and investment structuring.

- Market research and transaction due diligence support.

What we’re looking for:

- Experience in M&A;, investment management, or related areas (renewables or infrastructure a plus).

- Strong Excel & financial modelling skills (DCF, forecasting, valuations).

- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

- Strong English communication skills; Spanish essential .

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
