At Copernicus we are looking for a Real Estate Analyst for the development of the following functions:

- Valuation of real estate assets of different typology (land, residential, offices, premises or warehouses...).
- Analysis of market value, expected rental value and assumptions about market liquidity.
- Support to the head of valuations in the relationship with investors in terms of defining the valuation strategy, scope and deadlines using the different methods available.
- Implementation of processes and procedures for the operational improvement of the department.

Requirements:

- Interest in Valuations
- Knowledge of different valuation methods (comparison, income capitalization...) is a plus
- Adept in Microsoft Excel
- Desirable: Disability Certificate +33%

Academic background and languages:

- Degree in technical (architecture, engineering)
