We are looking for a hands‑on social media professional to help shape the future of entertainment at Fever.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns globally at a scale, driving innovative projects for positive brand growth.
- Set explicit campaign goals, continually assess performance against benchmarks, and enhance results through data‑driven insights.
- Leverage data insights to pinpoint impactful influencers, refine campaigns through metric analysis, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Optimize influencer relationships through streamlined communication, efficient agreement tracking, and global scouting and negotiation.
- Ensure accurate communication of brand values and philosophy in all interactions with influencers worldwide.
- Manage a small team of juniors and specialists.

Who You Are

- Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish; additional proficiency in French, Portuguese, German or Italian is a plus.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with influencers and agencies.
- Strong performance‑driven mindset and business‑goal oriented approach.
- Stays abreast of social media trends and technology to identify and build relationships with best‑fit influencers.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills for effective collaboration across territories.
- Ability to adapt to the fast‑paced environment of a digital startup.
- Detail‑oriented, critical thinker,



and problem‑solver.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid, Spain.
