ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Craft compelling job descriptions and build talent pipelines.
- Elevate our employer brand and support cross-market recruitment projects.

What You’ll Bring:

- Proven recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare or a fast-paced startup.
- Must-Have Fluency inEnglish.
- Nice to have any other German / Russian or any other European language .
- Passion for finding and hiring the best talent.
- Expertise in direct sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
