Our Restaurant Supervisor is hardworking, dedicated and strives to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for. Responsibilities & Requirements

- Proven experience in a Supervisor or Management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.




- Supervise daily operations to guarantee a smooth and efficient service flow.
- Train and motivate the service team to uphold MR PORTER's commitment to excellence.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.
- Living in Barcelona (versátil with commuting)
- You have your N.I.E. number to work in Spain.
