Your role

As a Speakeasy Supervisor , you will oversee the daily operations of our exclusive speakeasy venue, ensuring exceptional service, seamless execution, and an unforgettable guest experience. You will lead the team on the floor, maintain the unique atmosphere of the venue, and ensure the highest standards of hospitality are consistently delivered.

You will play a key role in creating a sophisticated and immersive environment where every detail matters.

What you will do

- Supervise daily operations of the speakeasy and ensure smooth service flow
- Lead, motivate, and support the team during service
- Maintain the highest standards of guest experience and service excellence
- Ensure the venue atmosphere aligns with the brand concept and guest expectations
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and special requirements professionally
- Coordinate with bar, kitchen, and management teams to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the venue
- Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance development
- Support inventory control and operational procedures
- Resolve operational challenges efficiently while maintaining a positive guest experience

Who we’re looking for

- Experienced hospitality professional with a background in bars, lounges, nightlife,



or luxury venues
- Passionate about guest experience and premium service
- Strong leadership skills with a hands‑on management style
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Well‑organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and high‑energy environment
- Professional, confident, and solution‑oriented mindset
- Passion for cocktails, nightlife, and elevated hospitality experiences

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Supervisor or similar leadership role in bars, lounges, or hospitality venues
- Strong knowledge of beverage service and bar operations
- Leadership and team management experience
- Ability to multitask and manage busy service periodsUnderstanding of hygiene, safety, and service standards
- Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
- Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
