Contract: 6-month temporary contract

Potential for Permanent Employment: Based on performance

Travel Required: Spain and Portugal (Barcelona, Seville and Lisbon)

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Impact Program Manager Force for Good to join a dynamic and fast-paced team focused on delivering social impact initiatives across Spain and Portugal. This position is idóneo for a proactive and hands-on professional with project management experience who enjoys working autonomously, engaging with senior stakeholders, and driving initiatives that create meaningful community impact. You do not need previous experience in social impact programs; however, experience managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and support the delivery of social impact initiatives across Spain and Portugal.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for senior leadership.
- Organize and facilitate meetings with high-level internal and external partners.
- Monitor/a project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.




- Support the development and implementation of new community-focused initiatives.
- Travel when required to support projects and stakeholder engagement activities.

Requisitos

- What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or a similar coordination role.
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a lean team environment.
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable interacting with senior-level stakeholders.
- Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Availability to travel regularly within Spain and Portugal.
