Your role

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering an attentive, professional service aligned with the company’s quality standards and guest experience. You will play a key role in creating a consistent and memorable dining experience that reflects the hotel’s identity.

What you will do:

- Welcome and assist guests during restaurant service, ensuring a friendly, efficient, and attentive experience
- Prepare and maintain dining areas in perfect condition, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper setup
- Take orders and serve food and beverages following established internal procedures
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth and high-quality service
- Handle billing and payment processes when required
- Comply with hygiene standards, food handling regulations, and occupational risk prevention policies
- Contribute to a collaborative, professional work environment aligned with the hotel’s values
- Represent the brand’s image and philosophy in every guest interaction
- Perform any additional duties consistent with the role, level of responsibility, and area of expertise as assigned by Management
- Collaborate flexibly with new operational, strategic,



or organizational needs
- Actively contribute to the development of the project, adapting to changes related to pre-opening, growth, and consolidation phases

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service and hospitality standards
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations
- Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Valid EU / Spain work permit
