Job DescriptionThe Credit Risk Analyst will be a key member of the Structured Loans Department, which is dedicated to building and maintaining a strong performing portfolio of loans to SMEs and Real Estate companies across Europe.Primary ResponsibilitiesAnalyse, prepare and present credit cases to the Credit team and to the Credit Committee; Support and interact with the Credit and Sales teams in the analysis of new deal opportunities; Take an activeroleand participate in negotiations and in borrower relationships; Review loan documentation together with the legal team; Draft term sheets and engagement letters; Anticipate anycredit deterioration through active monitoring of borrowers using digital technology; Participate inthe portfolio and borrower companies monitoring.QualificationsDegree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration; Minimum 8 - 10years of experience in a similar role at a bank or private debt fund; Knowledge of loan products and/or bonds and French law; Strong analytical and writing skills; Excellent numerical and financial modelling skills; Good communicationskills; Fluent in Spanish and English (knowledge of an additional language would be an asset); Result-driven;Able to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.Company DescriptionRiverBank is one of Luxembourg's fastest growing financial services companies.
