We are seeking to hire a Partnership Director, based in our Madrid Office.The Partnership Director acquires, develops and grows Insider One Partner Network with world-class digital agencies and consultancies. This role will manage the day-to-day relationship between Insider One and its strategic alliance partners and will focus on driving alliance partner sales and building the alliance partners' digital optimization practice. Successful candidates have a strong understanding of digital marketing technologies, digital advertising technology, digital agencies and consultancies, and channel ecosystems, and are passionate about helping partners achieve success.ResponsibilitiesSolid experience with partner/agency development and managementPrevious leadership experience working with digital agencies, consultancies, and system integratorsHigh level of business acumenFluent in SaaS business modelsDemonstrated success managing executive relationships with partners and customersAbility to set clear targets and develop plans and objectives to achieve those targetsAbility to influence product and engineering teams based on partner insightsExceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and writtenMust be motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independentlyAbility to succeed working cross-functionally with direct sales, marketing, and the partner success teamWork with Insider One global offices to continually improve their partnership practice, grow their portfolio of partners, create go-to-market plans, drive expansion opportunities,
