In this role you will drive cross-functional initiatives across Flywire, blending waterfall and agile methods to deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll partner with stakeholders and senior leaders to bring structure to complex programs while staying flexible in execution.

You’ll manage risks, dependencies and multi-team delivery to keep projects on track and aligned with business priorities. This is an impact-focused role at a fast-paced company shaping payments technology on a global scale. You’ll work with a collaborative, globally distributed team and play a key part in continuous delivery improvement.

- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and drive accountability
