You will design interfaces and flows from wireframe to high-fidelity spec, form test hypotheses from qualitative and quantitative evidence, design and deploy A/B tests using platforms such as VWO or Optimizely, and present findings directly to client stakeholders. The role requires proven ownership of a CRO or experimentation roadmap and strong analytics literacy alongside Figma proficiency.WHAT YOU WILL DO- Design user interfaces and flows for web applications, from wireframe through high-fidelity specifications; - Own the CRO program by identifying friction points, forming hypotheses, and designing experimentation roadmaps aligned with business goals; - Design, specify,and deploy A/B tests, analyze results,
