Reporting to the Rewards and Analytics Manager, the Rewards and Analytics Specialist supports the operational foundation of the Rewards & Analytics department. This position combines the daily management of payroll cycles and employee benefits with active collaboration in compensation reviews and HR reporting, ensuring high data integrity across all processes. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Payroll Cycle Management: Coordinate and execute the end to end payroll process in collaboration with our payroll partner. Ensure data accuracy, compliance with internal policies, and timely execution of monthly payroll inputs and outputs. Benefits Administration: Responsible for the day to day administrative management of OW’s employee benefits programs (pension plan, wellbeing initiatives, life insurance, health insurance, etc.), handling enrollments, cancellations, provider communications, and employee queries. C&B & Reporting Support: Assist in the execution of key compensation processes, including annual salary reviews, bonus calculations, and benchmarking exercises. Collaborate in the preparation of regular HR reports, providing direct support to the R&A Associate. Pay Transparency & Compliance: Support the Rewards & Analytics Manager in ensuring compliance with EU Pay Transparency Directive across OW geographies. Assist the Manager in preparing related data analyses, reports, and documentation for audits and regulatory obligations. HR Data Integrity: Maintain, update and audit HR databases related to compensation and payroll, ensuring total data integrity and consistency across all internal systems and data sources. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, IT,



Communications and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. ACADEMIC BACKGROUND Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Labor Relations, or a related field. EXPERIENCIE 0 to 1 year of experience; recent graduates eager to grow in Compensation & Benefits. Prior experience or internships within a People department in an international environment is a plus. LANGUAGES Complete fluency in English and Spanish. SKILLS Ability to take initiative and work autonomously on daily operational tasks. Highly organised, with the capacity to manage multiple administrative topics simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery. Basic analytical capabilities and comfort working with numbers; ability to review HR metrics, identify clear data patterns or discrepancies, and support the team in preparing structured data summaries. Outstanding attention to detail and rigor when managing data, combined with a proactive and effective approach to resolving operational queries and challenges. An excellent team player with the ability to successfully collaborate with colleagues acting as part of one HR team. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both formal and informal settings, with the confidence to interact with employees and clarify payroll or benefits queries clearly and effectively, ensuring a positive internal experience. High level of integrity and strict discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive employee data. OTHER REQUIREMENTS Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.G., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
