power quality and grid integration aspects.Identifytechnical risks and opportunitiesin complex offers and support mitigation strategies during the tender phase.Support sales and tender managers duringcustomer technical discussions and clarifications .Ensure alignment between customer requirements, internal technical standards and supplier capabilities.Act as atrusted technical reference, sharing knowledge and supporting decision-making across the offer organization.Your backgroundMinimum 15 years of experienceas a senior engineer or technical expert within power systems, substations or grid integration projects.Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.Strong background inElectrical Engineering, with deep knowledge of:Substation systemsControl and protection systemsPower systems andpower qualityProven experience acting astechnical advisor or authorityfor complex projects or tenders.Solid exposure tosupplier and factory technical management, including technical validation and cost-driven discussions.Experience incomplex, multidisciplinary and high-value offers .Comfortable working in a role focused onadvisory, validation and optimization .High level of autonomy, credibility and professional seniority to influence decisions.Strong stakeholder management skills across sales, engineering, supply chain and suppliers.More about usWith this opportunity you will find a strategic role inhigh-impact offshore and power grid projects,a collaborative,
