Experteer Overview

In this role you will support Bacardi’s Supply Chain Strategy by planning bulk spirit availability across mid- to long-term horizons, coordinating cask planning with distilleries and suppliers. You will balance network needs, drive data-driven decisions, and ensure timely call-offs and BOM data integrity to sustain high service and efficient working capital.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimise the holistic sourcing strategy and reduce risk of shortages or write-offs. This is a hands-on planning role with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and cross-functional impact.

- Plan spirit availability mid- and long-term in line with Master Production Plans
- Balance network requirements for bulk spirits within assigned categories
- Make data-driven decisions to maximise material availability
- Own planning issues and follow up actions during shortages affecting production
- Partner with suppliers to ensure cask availability for maturation and finishing
- Manage the cask availability process from CAPEX to filling and monitoring
- Generate spirit supply master plan (weekly 4–16 weeks, monthly thereafter)
- Collaborate with supply centre teams to ensure accurate and timely call-offs




- Custodian of BOM master data for accurate product management
- Plan trials and innovation activity (spirit + cask)
- Coordinate with distilleries, maturation sites and suppliers to share forecasts and mitigate risks
- Develop and adhere to service levels with suppliers
- Support long-term demand planning and robust strategic decision-making
- Coordinate with procurement to establish long-term agreements and lead times
- Drive continuous improvement in spirit planning and working capital optimization
- Collaborate with master blender, procurement, Supply Centre and SQS to align supplier strategies

Responsabilidades

- Supply chain planning experience
- Strong communication, problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Technical proficiency with analytical capabilities (Excel, SAP ECC, SRM, IBP)
- Power BI is a plus
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Data-driven problem solving
- Understanding of multisite dependencies and export flows
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
