Overview Rev Ops Systems Manager – Barcelona (Hybrid) Rev Ops Systems Manager required by fast-growing European scale-up! This dynamic business is expanding its Rev Ops function to enable the next stage of growth. As the Rev Ops Systems Manager, you’ll take ownership of a growing GTM tech stack (Hub Spot, Aircall, Make, Lusha, and others). This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of a high-performing Revenue Operations team in Barcelona, helping to scale operations and drive efficiency across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Data. What you’ll be doing Centralise and manage the Rev Ops, Sales & CS tech stack, ensuring clean data and smooth processes. Administer, maintain, and optimise Hub Spot and related tools. Design and document workflows, eliminating errors, redundancies, and data silos. Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Data teams to remove bottlenecks and identify opportunities. Support, train, and onboard users while driving best practice adoption.



Track tool usage, KPIs, and ROI, recommending improvements and new integrations. About you 2+ years’ experience in Rev Ops, Sales Ops, CRM management, or related system administration. Hands-on with Hub Spot CRM (or similar), plus experience with telephony and no-code/low-code automation tools (Make, Zapier). Highly organised, detail-driven, and process-oriented. Collaborative and cross-functional by nature. Fluent in English (French, Spanish, or Italian is also a plus). What’s on offer Competitive basic salary of up to €50,000.
