Work Location: Remote/Work from home (Spain)

Engagement Model: Freelance/Independent Contractor

Languages Needed: Japanese and English

Start Date: 1st of October

Preferred availability: 30 hours/ week

Project duration: until 9th of October

DataForce by TransPerfect is currently looking for a freelance Language Data Annotator with fluency in Japanese to join our project.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project to improve Artificial Intelligence and technology.
This role requires a high level of independence, adaptation, and accuracy – love of attention to detail will help to succeed in this role!

Role Summary

The Language Data Annotator will analyze data in the language in question and identify potential issues. This data will be used to develop and improve the speech recognition capabilities of Artificial Intelligence systems.

Role Responsibilities

- Analyze data in Japanese language

- Classify and label information





- Review data that includes sensitive content

Job requirements

- Excellent listening, writing, and spelling skills in Japanese

- Good reading and comprehension skills in English. Ability to understand guidelines in English

- Good understanding of Japanese culture, and have familiarity with current affairs in Japan

- Ability to meet daily quality standards

- Familiarity with iOS software

- Attention to detail

- Flexibility, ability to adapt and react to changing priorities quickly and efficiently

- Ability to track, analyze, and report issues

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent time management

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent

- To have access to the computer and stable internet connection
