Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept It…

In the finance team you will play a very important role in the day-to-day business operations of The Social Hub. The AP Officer is responsible for properly and timely processing of incoming invoices in line with company and legal procedures. The AP Officer deals with vendor queries, and ensures vendors are invoicing in line with company guidelines.

What You'll Do

You'll ensure invoices are processed within the set timelines and sent for approval




You'll properly review the invoice entry in line with VAT and other regulations
You'll prepare invoice payments for entities that are under your responsibility
You'll maintain the AP sub-ledger clean and up to date
You'll assure the vendors' invoices are within company guidelines
You'll maintain the relationships with stakeholders in the business
You'll answer queries from the business relating to invoice payments and processes/procedures for invoices
You'll participate in various projects as needed, such as improvement projects and onboarding of new entities

Who You Are

You have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality environment
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in (Business) Economics/Accounting or Equivalent experience
You have strong verbal and written communication skills, able to build strong internal and external working relationships
Excellent in English (both written and verbal) and preferably a second language such as Dutch, Italian, German, or another European language.
You are comfortable using simple excel formulas and have no problem navigating through P2P systems




You have a proactive mindset with attention to detail, strong organization- and time management skills, and are always looking for ways to improve your work
You like working in a growing and changing environment and you easily adapt to changes
