To strengthen the team and to report to the group’s CFO in Germany and commercial managing director, is looking for a dedicated: PLANT FINANCE DIRECTOR

Your responsibilities

- Preparation of regular management reports as well as development of decision templates and ad-hoc analyses, Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and consolidation work in accordance with German-GAAP, IFRS and US-GAAP.
- Creation and evaluation of cost centres and cost units.
- Preparation of quantitative analyses of target/presente comparisons as well as further development of operational KPIs.
- Coordinate financial planning activities (forecasts, budgets, adhoc) associated with the plant (e.g. capital requirements, cost studies, inventory, etc.)
- Provide guidance for manufacturing and administration budgets, standard cost setting and special projects.
- Direct the development of standard product cost based on specifications developed with production and planning personnel.




- Assist production management in establishing factors for material waste and yield, direct labour, and manufacturing burden budgets.
- Processing and control of ongoing business transactions as well as intercompany coordination and standardization of internal control systems (ICS),
- Testing of internal systems, processes, and structures (Test of Design/operational Effectiveness).
- Conception and further development of analysis and reporting tools.
- Cooperation with banks, tax consultants and auditors.
- Studies or training in the field of business administration (ideally with a focus on controlling) or business informatics with professional experience in a relevant field.
- Experience in the field of business intelligence or analytics or a related discipline (e.g., controlling) in which data is processed and analysed.
- Experience in creating relational data models.
- Proven knowledge of accounting according to German GAAP, IFRS and US-GAAP.
- 3-6 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in robotics and automation.
- Experience in production and plant controlling.
- Communication ability, negotiation skills and assertiveness in dealing with colleagues, management, and banks.
- Business fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
- High degree of commitment as well as an independent, analytical, and goal-oriented way of working.
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel, good ERP knowledge, SAP S4/HANA is an advantage.
- Good reporting tool knowledge, Tagetik and/or SAP ECCS is an advantage.
