Purpose of the Job :

The Project Industrial Manager is responsible and accountable of the industrial QCD of the Project from NTP to T&C; hand-over.

Be the Industrial Architect and Manager of the Industrial performance in the project.

Objectives :

To ensure the manufacturability of the project/product trrough co-engineering activities

To ensure the achievement of project's QCD for Industrial activities (Production, Supply Chain and Process Manufacturing Engineering)

Responsibilities :

- To guaranty Design for Manufacturing during the project/product development
- During Design Phase,



to guide Plateau members in order to ensure the effectiveness design for

manufacturing (tests are taken by PrTCM).

- To inform the project team about the daily situation of critical suppliers that may affect the

launching process (QCD) of the project.

- To promote and deploy Industrial standards (methodology, product, process)
- To deploy in the project the industrial improvement plans and new strategies
- To arbitrate between Industrial metiers in case of disagreement.
- To deploy in the project the make or buy strategy
- To follow up industrial activities as:

- Industrial gates progress

- Layout

- Industrialization and validation of manufacturing

- To facilitate coordination between project and the Industrial Departments.
- To be the voice of the project in the Industrial Community
- To represent the Industrial Community in the Core Team Project
- To be In charge of the Rex of the project back to the Platform, via PLID

Knowledge Requirements :

- Industrial Engineering Degree
- DFQ
- SAP
- Documentum / DMA
- Project Management
- Risk Management (ADEL)
- Industrial Processes
- English
