As part of Mazars’ strategic move to create a centralized and multi-country delivery Center of Excellence (CoE) to serve clients across Europe with Outsourcing and Compliance services, we are hiring Senior Accountants to join this strongly growing international team in Barcelona. This is an opportunity to contribute to a strategic project at Mazars and to work in an English-speaking and truly international environment with a high number of countries across Europe.

Your mission

- Direct interaction with the different assigned clients
- Preparation,



analysis and review of clients' general accounting. (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, cash Management, Fixed Assets)
- Preparation of reporting, analytical accounting, treasury forecasts, as well as any additional information requested by the client
- Preparation of the necessary documentation and information to calculate[MBA1] the recurrent fiscal obligations of the clients (VAT, personal income tax, corporate tax...) and other taxes that additionally must be presented
- Preparation of annual accounts and official books
- Ensure all derivables are sent on time and manner to the client or clients you are assigned
- Support for the automation, standardization and improvement of internal accounting processes
- Follow-up and planning of juniors’ activities to ensure effective delivery
- Training and support to less experienced professionals

Your profile

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, economics, or similar
- Minimum 3-4 years’ working experience in corporate taxation and accounting
- Experience in team management
- High knowledge of ERP (SAP, Navision, or similar) and Excel
- Good oral and written communication in English (B2 or higher)
- Interest and ability to multi-task in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Ability to prioritize workload and ability to work with strict reporting deadlines
